Veg Box Policy

Deliveries

  • Deliveries are on a Thursday.

  • You can have your delivery weekly or fortnightly.

  • Pick up from the farm or Highland Wholefoods is also an option. Pickup from the farm is possible from 9am and 1pm from Highland Wholefoods on Thursday, but also Friday or Saturday at the latest.

  • Delivery time is not guaranteed - depending on a number of factors

  • We reuse the empty boxes as long as possible so would be grateful if empty boxes could be left out somewhere dry for us to collect.

Eligibility 

  • Please fill in the new customer form to allow us to confirm your eligibility for delivery.  This will depend on where the box is due to be delivered.  We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm eligibility.  

  • If delivery is too far away you still have the option to collect the box from the farm, Highland Wholefoods or your workplace, if in Inverness.

Orders

  • We pick and pack our boxes on Tuesdays and Wednesday so they are ready to leave Thursday morning.  

  • If you are away on holiday, your box will be redirected to a friend/neighbour/Inverness Foodstuffs (local charity) within Inverness.  Email us to let us know and we can redirect for you.  We require emailed notice of this by 4pm Monday of the week your next box is due, but further notice is appreciated.

  • If we need to contact you, we will do so via email, so please make sure your details are up to date with us.

Payment

  • Customers are required to set up standing order payment to recur each month.  Emailed invoices will be sent to match with these transactions.

Cancellation

  • We require 2 weeks prior notice of cancelation.
